     Spring 2026

Chapter President

Potential New Member,

Hi! My name is Leah Holman, and I am honored to serve as the President of Delta Alpha Chi beginning Spring 2026. My journey with DAX began in Fall 2023, during my freshman year, when a friend encouraged me to join through continual open bidding (COB) with her. At the time, I had never heard of Delta Alpha Chi - but I had always longed for genuine sisterhood. Little did I know that taking that small step of faith would become one of the best decisions I made during my time at Florida State University.

Through Delta Alpha Chi, I have formed friendships and connections that I know will last a lifetime. As I step into leadership, the idea of sisterhood and creating a true “home away from home” is especially meaningful to me. Delta Alpha Chi truly is that. During rush week, you’ll often hear that our new members are “running home” to DAX. That’s because our sisterhood truly feels like home - a community of Christ-centered women who walk beside one another through both the highs and the lows of life.

Our sorority was founded when 16 women created a space for Christianity within the Greek community at FSU. That mission continues today. We strive to meet each other wherever we are in our walk with Christ and to support one another throughout our college years and beyond. As President, my goal is to encourage and uplift each sister as we pursue authentic, intentional sisterhood together. Life is messy, and none of us have it all figured out, and that’s okay! In DAX, you are not expected to be perfect. When you step outside your comfort zone and open your heart to what true sisterhood looks like, incredible things can happen.

Psalm 31:24 says, “Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.” To take heart is to have courage - so take heart and say yes to Delta Alpha Chi. Saying yes means choosing a forever home, endless laughter, lasting memories, and friendships with women you may have never met otherwise.

As you search for your place on FSU’s campus and for the community your heart desires, I hope you find it here with us -
as we move forward, one in Christ.
